The initial phone interview with the HR manager was professional and they asked the usual questions. Every time I spoke or emailed the HR manager, he was deligent and replied timely. He did a great job from my point of view.
I was told from the very beginning that there would be 3 rounds and no case study involved.
Two days before the second round, I was notified that the hiring manager decided to include a case study.
I did not mind however the assignment was clearly written last minute and was extremely vague.
The second interview was a panel interview. They asked very basic questions that was hardly relevant to the job, especially a position that required at least two years of experience. There was an atmosphere of complete apathy and lack of enthusiasm. I asked if there would be a third round interview in which they said that they didn't know. Afterwards, I was notified that they will get back to me the week after.
Surprise... surprise.. one month later and still no response. Overall, a very unprofessional look for Expedia. Communication and direction is definitely an area they need to look into.

recently completed the first stage of the OnDemand interview. The format was quite convenient, as it allowed me to record my responses anytime and anywhere. The interview consisted of around 8–9 questions, with up to 3 opportunities to re-record each answer. While the questions themselves were not too difficult, the processing time was quite long it took nearly 2 months to receive a response
