First interview is meet and greet. Second is down in detail on the position. Be cautious as you may interview with another candidate for the same position. Kinda feels as if it’s a battle of who can be a better candidate for the position. Though I was straight forward and spoke how I felt and was honest. Didn’t put myself above others and didn’t act as if I knew it all. Great interview process and I was called back which leads me here trying to decide if I want to accept this position or go any further with it.
