Applied online, took about a week and was invited in for a face-to-face interview at the Denver office (which looks beautiful, but is a co-working space just FYI). It is correct that the job description is very misleading as other reviews state. It is essentially selling Direct TV in Costco or Sam's Club (at least in the beginning stages). And then they talk it up to where you will become a territory director in a year and a half and that you need to "earn you position" there. I was also interviewed with another person which I found odd. If you are looking for a classic marketing/sales/account management position do not waste your time. It is frustrating they are not more upfront with what you are going in for in their job description, and every single job they advertise starts with selling Direct TV/AT&T - whether they say it is a marketing/sales/brand manager job etc.

It's correct that the job description is incredibly misleading and puffed up to the point of being lies. Is that even ethical? What it should say is that you'll be selling DirectTv from a kiosk in Sam's Club, while being paid drastically below living wage as part of what could actually be called a pyramid scheme. It was quite a surprise to show up to 'my' interview only to find another candidate would be sitting at the table with us as well. So disrespectful!
