Applied to a position that Creative Circle was representing. Was called in for an interview and asked to bring passport, paperwork etc. Arrived early and filed out all the forms for their database. Was not made clear over the phone that this interview was only to enter into their system. Was led to believe it was for the position posted online. Although the staff I met was very nice, it still felt like a bait and switch. When I inquired about the original position I had applied for, was told "Oh I think that position was already filled, I will check on it". Honestly felt my time was wasted. They have never called for any other opportunities and I was told to just keep checking the emails/job sites and apply as normal. So again I am doing all the work and feel, there is no real effort in assisting to find a spot for me.

Very extensive questioning on your skills, knowledge, and experience. Did not mind but it will take quite some time to go through all of it.

Interviewer ghosted me. I had an initial interview which I thought went fine, she said that she felt I had a very strong candidacy for the role and would be advocating for me to the hiring manager. The irony with the fact that she ghosted me is that they reached out to me for this role, I didn't reach out to them. She also forgot to reply to emails and the process dragged on for almost a month.

The interview process is an introduction for the recruiter to receive an overview of what roles are in alignment with your experience. Next, the recruiter asks questions if you would prefer to work hybrid/remote/in-office and other preferences in alignment with your needs.
Afterwards, the recruiter follows up with you if there any roles in alignment at the time.

Entrevista
I had a pretty good conversation with the interviewer. However the position was located in Dallas & im in Atlanta so it couldn’t work out. It was an on-site position not a remote.
I’ve been applying for a lot of positions, so far I love that they send me job opportunities via email!
Seems like a great company.
