Interviewers themselves were pretty young in their career. had unrealistic expectations, considering the kind of salary they were offering. The entire process was rushed up & incoherent. The company recruitment process looked very uninviting.

The interview process was fast and they wrapped up whole process within a week. But when there was compensation discussion they backed out although i had already set my expectations before processing my candidature. I have given them valid reason for my expectations as I would be loosing out my annual bonus and hike but they never reverted back me on this . When I tried to contact them they said it is pending for approval. They never contacted me after that, it’s been more than 2 months. The interview processed from Gurgaon location.
