After taking online assessment tests (cognitive and behavioral ones), candidates will be invited for a skype interview. The interview was supposed to be three sets of 30-min ones, however, at the end of second interview, the manager said the result will come shortly by HR and cut the feed. And he didn't seem interested in general from the start. However, he tried to enlighten me for my wrong approaches to his questions.

Application process was long and required answering long response questions, then a character and cognitive test. After that I was informed that I had gotten an interview with them. When I interviewed over webex, I interviewed with 2 individuals for about 30 minutes and both seemed preoccupied with other things. Next they left and 2 new interviewers joined and I spoke to them for about about 30 more minutes. Both sets of interviewers asked almost identical questions (including basic background related questions) which I was somewhat annoyed with. Both interviews were not very formal and I likely would not have went back for a 2nd interview if they had offered one anyway.
