I took a 30 min phone interview asking about background information and major, followed by a ~3 hour skills assessment that focused on coding ability. Finally, I was flown out to Verona for an on-site interview that comprised of a tour, a case study, and a reasoning assessment.
Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
