I applied online to 3 positions after being emailed by a recruiter having my resume on Monster. I received a call back on 1 of my applications. I was then asked to take a 60 minute writing test online from my home which required me to respond to an essay prompt (tile your biography and then write a review as if the biography was published and you were reviewing it). I then had a phone interview with someone in the job I was applying for. This I felt went very well. It was a good discussion about points on my resume and the position. I was then asked to schedule a time with a proctor at a library to take an un-timed math/logic test (14 questions) and a test based on a programming language you were taught during the test (20 questions - no way to study for this). There was a good bit of time between each step but I was kept up to date promptly by an Epic recruiter. I thought the process was going along well. However before being asked to visit the campus (which is the next and final step in the interview process) I was told they chose to move forward with other candidates.
