The company is huge on testing. I applied online after seeing a posting for a position (that I wasn't interested in) on my university job site. The next day I got a personality assessment then 3 days later got a phone interview. The phone interview was very laid back, but I suspect that a lot of people get weeded out by this round. A week later, I was asked to take two paper-and-pencil assessments (math and verbal). I must have done well because they flew me out to Wisconsin (paid for everything) about a week later and then I had 8 hours of interviewing - it wasn't all interviews, some were talks with a current financial analyst/project manager, others were tours. There were only 4 real interviews, most people don't have this many but I was being considered for three positions. The day ended with more assessments...financial analysts have to take an excel assessment - a really hard one! I could barely complete the basic (the basic is NOT basic) and had no clue how to do the advanced, but chart and pivot table section went okay.
I don't know my result yet, but I am saying received offer because my chances of getting hired are really high - I was interviewing for three positions! If I do not get an offer, then I'll re-edit this post to reflect that.
Their acceptance rate is less than 1% of applicants! I think the Financial Analyst ones are the most competitive since it's the smallest division.

I had to complete the Rembrandt profile before a 30-minute screening interview. In my experience, the recruiter spent most of the time talking about the company rather than asking screening questions, and I wasn’t asked a “Tell Me About Yourself” question.
The Rembrandt profile itself included some really odd questions, like choosing which option was “most like you” from clearly terrible choices you would never want to tell an employer. There were also analogies like “sun is to basketball as moon is to…?” and simple math word problems.
After the initial phone screening, I completed the skills assessment, which had four sections:
Timed math/logic questions – answer as many as possible within 2 minutes.
Extended math/logic section – roughly 45 minutes, no calculator allowed.
SAT-style section – a mix of math, reading comprehension, and logic puzzles.
Coding/problem-solving section – tested your ability to learn new information quickly and apply it; I wasn’t required to actually code as a finance graduate, but was given examples and had to determine whether they were correct based on the background information provided.
The assessments took nearly 4 hours total. While I felt confident in my performance, I found the tests very tedious and oddly formatted. Overall, the design of the assessment felt like it set you up for failure. I ultimately did not move on to the next interview stage.

I was first given a phone screening then they sent me an assessment to take. The assessment was timed and monitored on a video screening. After the assessment I had another behavioral interview. The actual interview itself was easy but the assessment was the difficult part. You will know right away if this position if for you

My interviewer was terrific. She did a wonderful job explaining the role and describing the company culture. Her enthusiasm rubbed off and left a very favorable impression. Following the phone screen and first round I was asked to take a few tests that took about two hours.
