An external recruiter contacted me and sent me an online exercise (translation, communication test), when I passed it they called me for a face to face interview. The interview was with my future team leader. She asked me about my experience and why should they hire me. Then she made me real case scenarios to check how I would behave. In the end they let me 30 minutes to take a written test similar to the online one.
First language test to assess grammar skills, and talk with HR representative. Then interview with team leader/team manager about previous experiences. Very positive and comfortable talk. All the questions welcomed. It's a work in shifts, so need to be ready for it.
Very poor teams interview. Not what you no it’s who you no to get job with this company. The pay is lower then it’s competitive by couple grand. Interview system put in Gibraltar is very poor and lack off experience in the process
