I applied for the role online and shortly after received a txt inviting me to book a face to face interview. I attended an interview in Doncaster and found the whole experience very disappointing. After being responsible for recruiting teams for many years I found the experience shocking. Very unprofessional. I was told the manager ‘didnt like the interview questions’ so she never asked any questions whatsoever, no notes were made. When leaving I felt as though the manager had made a decision before even meeting me so I’m not sure why I was invited for an interview. I have experience doing the role for another company, I dressed smart and showed genuine interest. I was told I would be called a few days later either way but never received a call. Very disappointing experience but I put this down to poor management who should never have been conducting interviews. I would apply for another role in this company but not in this location.
