The team at Edelman were nice, but there was a problematic recruitment process with an external provider, called Move. The recruiter assigned to me was slow and took very long to sensed questions, some time leaving me on seen. Upon the final interview, with required the completion and presentation of a significant piece of research, no one informed me that I had not gotten the role. Considering the hours needed for the research, I was a bit surprised! Recommend Move/Edelman improve their communication with candidates.
