The interview was canceled an hour before it was scheduled without an email, only a message generated from Microsoft Teams. I made 2 attempts to contact the HR rep to inquire about re-scheduling. There has been no response, email, or explanation. I spent time preparing for the meeting and moved meetings around to accommodate the request. For me, this is a major "red flag".
