Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 5 días. Acudí a una entrevista en EY (Kuala Lumpur) en feb 2016
Entrevista
*Fresh Grad*
It was first a phone interview which she asked about my studies and things relevant to my resume. Then she called me again to confirm the time and date for my face to face interview.
During the interview, the interviewer was very friendly and it was basically a casual chat between the both of us where she tried to find out more about me. Questions she asked ranged from my parents' job to my co-curricular activities at university. She also asked me some technical questions like what is tax evasion and tax avoidance and further expand the questions from what I answered. There was something about preparing statutory audit for partners and what the benefits are to them even if they don't need it.
That's more or less it. Took about one hour and the whole session was relaxed and comfortable.
2 interviewer will ask about how u cope with ur stress etc, the process is smoothly, didnt feel like formal interview for me, the interviewer was very very nice, do make sure u check their LinkedIn.
