They are mainly concerned about your communication skills. If you can put your thoughts well then it's cake walk. They have 4 rounds
1)written test
2) group discussion
3)technical interview
4)hr round.
And they are look at your confidence and vocalbury
chat about how i approached my freelance projects and how i deal with clients, since this is consulting role. pretty casual and was okay that i didn't know some of the answers.
