This was a very swift experience (may possibly be atypical). I was contacted by a talent recruiter the same day I submitted my application. Took the CAT test twice, 2nd time was proctored. Initial “getting to know you” recruiter interview followed by three interviews with members on the team.

“Tell me about yourself.” Really, none of the questions were “gotcha” questions. Every interview flowed more like a conversation, an exchange of ideas.
