Initial call, introduced for a induction type session , where a test is carried out as well as a 1 - 1 interview. You will also be involved in a lot of group work and be set challenges to determine teamwork abilities.

Good interview process. Very smooth. Make you feel comfortable and not pressured. Try and get to know you from the moment they meet you so it's not limited to the questions. First impressions matter.
