I got the interview through a recruitement agent. The first round involved going through my CV and reason for wanting a career in private equity. It was fairly informal and involved talking through my thoughts on the private equity market and how my background lead tomy interest in the area. Altogether an enjoyable experience. I was invited to a second round interview where I was given a number of different company briefings and had to recommend a few and present my reasons for recommendation.
