There were 2 rounds of interview. First round was over the phone and the second round was a face-to-face interview with the team members with whom I am supposed to work with. There would be an analytical test before the 1:1 interview, where you would be questioned on simple math, English and logical questions. The decision was announced even before I reached home in the evening. HR is patient enough to accommodate your needs and to execute it as quick as possible. The nature of the work, the projects and the organization structure was explained clearly in the interview process which gives a clear picture of how challenging the position is going to be. Once you are hired, you will have to go for a drug test to a nearby test center.
