They will tell you there is no negotiation for pay, they will say 8.50 an hour with .25 cent raises every other semester. You get a .50 cent raise for every degree you have, i.e. an associate and or bachelor's degree. You can work 29 hours a week. There are two people interviewing you, your direct boss and their boss. They dress conservative and professionally. However, the job is casual dress. There is a series of questions reguarding how to handle safety issues and your competency using a computer. They would appreciate knowing why you want this job. It is the best job available on campus and is very competitive.
