I applied online 1 week later received a call to set up an interview with the regional manager. I had the face to face interview the following week. One week later I completed a Skype interview with an additional manager. 2 weeks later I had an additional interview with another gentleman and we discussed management qualities and techniques. All communication was transparent which I found refreshing.
