First interview was with the recruiter, he asked more generic questions. Second interview was with the hiring manager, she asked more pointed questions, but still just to get to know each other. She told me a lot about how design is structured at Diligent. Third interview was a case study presentation. They told me clearly what they expect to see, which was a great help in preparation for the presentation. On this interview I had 2 Product Design Managers present. They were all very kind and encouraging. Always left 15-20 mins for my questions. Gave me feedback on the spot, when I asked for it. I enjoyed all three interviews!
