I went thru an interview process at Dematic which was one I had never experienced. The HR interviews were great as well as a couple of the business leader interviews. The Recruiter called me on a Friday to tell me how great the feedback was then called me on Monday and said “this job is not for you” and proceeded to tell me word for word all the horrible things that one of the business leaders said about me in their feedback. It was bizarre. I got a call two months later with apologies from HR management that I was indeed perfect for the job and would I interview with a couple of other business leaders. I was hesitant but did anyway. I never heard from Dematic again. Very unprofessional.
