I was reached out to by a recruiter and after replying that I was interested in the position, a few time slots were offered for an initial phone call. I selected a time slot and was ghosted. Reached out a few more times and my message was read but never heard back. Extremely unprofessional

I applied online and got an email from HR asking to set up an initial screening interview. The call went well and the recruiter set up an interview the following week with a senior analyst and the team manager. I was asked basic questions about my skills and how I handle stress. The second interview took about 30 minutes. The next day the recruiting manager reached out and asked me to do another interview the following week with two people from the team. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I was told that I would hear back within a week but never heard back. I expected at least a courtesy rejection letter since I spoke with 5 different people from the company but I got nothing. It seemed like a great place to work but the lack of communication after my 3 interviews was very off-putting.
