I am an IT analyst with 6 years of experience while pursuing my MBA,I applied for the summer leadership program which is for undergraduates.However,I got a call for the interview and as told I am being considered for a full - time position.Most of the questions were based on my resume - career path I would like to take,volunteer activities.Overall,very easy interview.I was interviewed by 2 senior managers - one in Internal Audit and other in IT audit and also got to speak to a recent joiner from Ole Miss. who told me the work involved travel.

First round is online round (AMCAT based) followed by GD in which a case study is given. The final round is the interview round where they ask mostly HR questions and some basic technical questions. Prepare your resume well.

No case interviews. All behavioral questions. first round-phone interviews, second round-on-site interviews. One candidate talks to two interviewers-one PPD, one manager. Other consultants were assisting the whole process. Also provided opportunities to talk to other candidates.
