Entrevista
One application with a cover letter. Two-day process, the first day is a 30-minute behavioral interview followed by a 30-minute case study. The second day is a 1-hour case project followed by a 1-hour client presentation case.
For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
