A 1 on 1 interview with senior member of staff. Asked mostly company related questions and in addition some topical questions about current events. The process before involved doing online job simulation questions and scenario based questions.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.
