They were very harsh in the process. The e-Tray test is not a valid way of measuring a candidates capabilities. However, the recruiters were friendly. I would like to apply again but I believe that their assessment system should be changed. I hope they do so as a lot of my intelligent friends missed out on working for Deloitte because they failed this test.
Assessment centre included competency based interview, general strengths and motivations. Why deloitte? Why consulting? Whats your greatest achievement? Describe a time you convinced someone? Had to talk about a project I had done for 30 minutes and answer a variety of questions
