Pretty quick, applied for the position and 2 days later got an email to schedule the in person interview. The actual interview itself consisted of many situational questions and "about me" questions. Very comfortable environment and the interviewer made it that way.

    Applied in mid February right after they posted position on their website, got an interview early March. Interview was behavioral and tech. based. The two managers were very friendly and easy to talk to. Received an offer 2 weeks later. Make sure you have specific examples of your experiences regarding the behavior questions and catch up on some basic computer hardware/software.

    There were two people who interviewed me we sat in a little room where there were both were asking me questions. one was doing technical questions the other one was asking non technical questions. both of them were very polite and nice they ask me lot of questions and i was very comfortable talking to them. One of them was HR manager and she even asked me if they will extend an offer what training class would i want the immediately starting one or the one that's going to start later. My interview went really well but dont know why i haven't got the job.

    Technical tests are very basic if you are experienced in IT. Interview was normal. Asked about accomplishments and previous experience. Some ethical questions and questions about failures in the past. Short role play session to enact a support call. Interviewers were very friendly and knowledgeable.

    They arranged for multiple rounds. First an HR just asked general questions mostly pertaining to background and previous experience. Then there was a voice clarity round with was telephonic and automated. The IVR would ask you to repeat phrases and answer questions to get an understanding of the overall quality of your voice. Modulation is also checked probably. The next round was an ops round where they asked technical questions. The questions would not be easy unless someone has previous knowledge like I did.

    Entrevista

    The first contact was done by phone. They called me and asked if I was interested on the position they were offering. A conversation in English was then started to provide proof of language proficiency, fluency and knowledge. They also asked several computer troubleshooting related questions according to the position they offered me.

    Second interview was in person with Recruiting inside the company's premises. There you must pass a written exam which determines your skills in problem solving using logic and mathematics.

    After that it comes a third interview in person with a team lead, or in my case a Manager. They repeated the same questions plus some ethics related ones.

    After being informed I was selected to continue with the process I was asked for documentation: proof of citizenship, résumé, references from previous jobs and the validation of such information and documents happened right after. A drug test was scheduled during the following week (urine test) in a privately own lab.

    Unfortunately there was no negotiation. They explained the salary offered for the position (which is below average on the industry and type of position), the benefits (which are great and on par with other companies that are on the same line of business), vacation time and everything else in between.
