The interview felt quite unstructured from the beginning. Before properly starting the conversation, the interviewer placed significant emphasis on their non-negotiables, but did not provide meaningful insight into the role itself. The only concrete detail mentioned was the location of the position, which I was already aware of beforehand.
I was not asked questions about my background, profile, or previous experience. In fact, the interviewer only appeared to review my resume halfway through the interview, which made the discussion feel unprepared and limited the depth of the conversation. As a result, I do not believe she left the interview with a clearer understanding of my profile either.
By the end of the call, I felt I had gained no additional understanding of the company, the role, or its expectations, leaving me with essentially the same information I had prior to the meeting. Additionally, the interviewer joined the call late, which contributed to a less professional overall impression of the process.
