There was a phone interview followed by an a set of on-site interviews with different groups of staffers. Questions were focussed on accomplishments, approach and experience. Salary expectations were asked several times. Office was nice, but a little cramped. Appears that long hours are required. Staffers were energetic and experienced, but hadn't been with the company for more than 1-2 years.
