Entrevista
I applied online for a Planner role as Danone advertised vacancies for Planners in Supply Chain (Demand, Supply, Activity) and week later received an email to schedule a phone interview. I wasn't available on the date suggested and, as the Talent Executive was going on holiday for two weeks, she advised me that one of her colleagues would contact me in her absence. After a week no contact had been made so I emailed the Talent Executive's out of office contact, who failed reply to me.
A week after the Talent Executive came back from holiday she finally got around to contact me to schedule the interview. During the call the Talent Executive tells me that there is no actual vacancy, and that they opened applications because a project "might" happen and they might need planners. Furthermore, she tells me that if the vacancy does open it will not be a permanent vacancy, but a temporary role.
I was shocked to see how little respect Danone has for applicants and how childish and unprofessional their HR department is.

Entrevista
Two rounds of interviews, both with the actual team members/managers. Friendly interviewers, a combination of situational / work-related questions. After the two rounds, an offer from HR. Less than a month between the invite for the first interview and the offer. Positive experience from the interview.

Pregunta 1
Questions about prior work experience, situation work-related questions e.g. what would you do in case of supply shortage, etc.
After I sent my CV, I had a quick call with talent acquisition partner. She asked me the basics. Then I had an interview with my current manager and in the end one more interview with higher management and an HR associate.
