I applied through the Dish website, and received a call from a recruiter a few days later. It was a very smooth experience, he went in depth of what the position consisted of and the next steps of the hiring position.
1. A quick webcam interview where they ask 3 questions and you have to respond back.
2. Interview with another person who works for Dish, pretty much walk me through your resume and a series of experience related questions.
3. On site interview with 2 people, had to give a run through of my resume and answered questions based on my skills (weakness, and strengths) etc.
I recommend you to just be yourself and have knowledge of Dish Network. The more you know, the more you can impress.

What would you say your previous manager would describe you as?
Apply online.
Recruiter calls explains the position if it sounds good he schedules a phone interview with the hiring manager.
If phone interview goes well a face to face interview gets scheduled with your boss and whoever is over them.
The day after the interview I got a call from the recruiter offering me to take a background check and drug urine test.
The whole process took exactly 2 weeks

Entrevista
After applying, I took an online "IQ Test." I was called for an in-person interview with the hiring manager a week later. She administered the same IQ Test under her direct supervision. I had a second interview with the Area Manager. I did not hear back from them for almost 2 months (I followed up with an email to find out the status of the hiring process) and was made an offer over the phone. Once I accepted the offer, they had me take a drug test and they ran a background and driving record test.
