The interview process was very pleasant, aside from waiting for extended periods of time to hear back from the company.
The process began with a very casual initial interview at my University. Two employees interviewed me for about half an hour, strictly behavioral. I then had to complete HOURS worth of assessments and write a short paper, and upon evaluation of those assessments was invited to the three-day-long College Summit at the Corporate Headquarters in Englewood, CO.
The Summit was very well-organized. All 50-60 college students present were flown out to Denver and stayed in the Curtis Hotel downtown for two nights. We had two elegant dinners (with the CEO) and spent a day in four or five interviews with executives. After being offered a position with the company, they have taken weeks to get back to me with the specific offer details.
All in all, though, a positive interview experience.

Tell me about a time you had to make a difficult decision based on little or no information.
For a job paying under $30/hour you will have no less than 4 interviews for a role in Human Resources. Why? HR leadership pick people based on A) What they look like and B) If you will be a good friend and C) they ask leading questions under the guise of behavioral questions to determine if you will lie and throw others under the bus for them. It takes 3 months from when you send in your resume to when you get a job offer with DISH. Why? They pick friends and friends of friends first. These folks decline once they know the wage posted is not the wage being offered, that these jobs should be salaried but are hourly, and that the PTO amount posted is not the PTO you will receive. They are the lucky -- they avoid being micro-managed, sabotaged, poorly trained, and expected to work off the clock so as not to create overtime. You will wish you never applied for DISH! There is a reason they are less than 3 stars, but recruiters will lie and say they have won Best Workplace 3 yrs in a row - yeah, 5 yrs ago! Don't be duped!

I applied for a position that had been open for some time, and it seemed like the team was still clarifying exactly what they needed. The job description and each interviewer's interpretation varied a bit from stage to stage, which made it challenging to gauge the exact role expectations. The initial steps involved a phone screen followed by a video interview. I didn’t progress to the final stages, but the process would have included up to four rounds of video interviews, potentially leading to an in-person interview if successful. Overall, the interview process was organized, though it may benefit from a clearer alignment on role specifics among interviewers.

Some version of: tell me about a time you needed to get someone on board who was opposed to your plan. What did you do, etc.

Phone interview, assessment and then brought in for another assessment and in person interview. Interviews went well, but there were some concerns I had on the questions asked for the assessment that included my opinions on immigration and politics.
They kept pushing back when a decision was to be made, then finally came back that they are restructuring and the position was now on hold.
