I got the information from a schoolmate and sent the résumé through email. Days after, I missed the phone calls from HR and did not get the chance for further interview. About a month later, probably some potential candidates withdrew, HR called me back and asked a few questions about my background and aspiration. Then, she offered me a chance for a phone interview on the morning of the next day. The phone interview was conducted by a senior consultant and the process included a self-introduction, a personal experience interview and a case analysis. It took one hour to complete. Two hours later, HR called me and informed that I did well in the phone interview but needed to improve the quantitative portion. She then said that I passed the phone interview and would be give a chance to join the assessment a day later. The assessment was done in DHL Inhouse Consulting's office. Six candidates showed up that day, including me. After a short introduction of the company and its business, the two-tier selection process started. The first selection round consisted of two one-on-one interviews and a cognitive test. I did not passed this round and therefore did not get a chance to participate the second round. Appreciate the one-to-one feedback, from which I understood the main reasons of the failure and noticed the areas to improve.

A phone call finished in 10min, seems not interested in me. Did not receive any email after the call even though I did follow up. Asked basic questions like why choose DHL and why leave the current employer
