On Campus Interview for about 40 minutes
Firslty the interviewer confirmed about my identity over the phone.The interviewer asked me about my resume and then started the situation based questions. She was noting my answers so she requested me to be slow. I was little fast in answering her the questions. Some of the questions she asked me were :
1. How do you resolve conflict with your team mate?
2. How do you manage time?
3. What are your career aspiration once your graduate?
4. What is your strongest quality and on the flip side what is your weakest quality?
5. How do you handle multiple projects at the same time?
6. Tell me about your self?
interview with hiring manager on Mechanical engineering fundamentals, basic heat and mass transfer problems, easy interview as long as you know the fundamentals. HR round is also easy covering basic information - pay, location, etc.

It started with a team interview with a mix of HR and technical questions. This was followed by a tour of the facility and its capabilities. It ended up taking about half of the day.
