I had applied on the Ellation website in November 2018. I didn't hear back from the recruiting team until December 2018. I was then reached out to by their recruiting team via phone to chat about myself and the role. I was then scheduled to speak with the manager of this role to get a sense of where I'm at and where the role is at. After this, I was sent a take home test to complete within a certain time period. From there, the manager reached out to me again to discuss the role more in depth. I was then scheduled an interview from the recruiter to meet with the manager and their team along with a tour of the office. Overall, the recruiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the company as well as having a very professional process.
