I had been asked to schedule a time with them and we were able to find a time that worked for my schedule but had asked to have them call me directly as my iPhone had been having trouble with Teams (which they use). Not only did I not receive this call at the time scheduled, I received an automated rejection notice 4 minutes after the scheduled time and then a question from the manager I was to interview with about 8 minutes after that asking if I had received the Teams invite. I get people are busy, it’s a crazy time but clearly there was a lack of attention to detail on their end. That said, I hope they find the right candidate because if I had to guess, you have an overworked high level leader trying to bring in the help they need - which would alleviate things like this.
