Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en CrowdStrike (Irvine, CA) en sep 2022
Entrevista
The process was quick to schedule. There was a take home system design assignment that took some time. Overall the process was very unprofessional. This company will string you along and ghost you. They will discuss fantastic benefits and compensation with you after passing the interview with no intention of making an offer. They will say that you did well and the team likes you but they want to continue to interview other candidates. I was strung along for multiple weeks and had to hound the company for a simple yes or no answer... Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

I interviewed for 2 Sr. Manager positions - both in engineering. After the interviews, I realized I didn’t want to work for Crowdstrike.
Crowdstrike is a remote first company, and I assumed there would be a focus on more communication to keep things in track. My would-be manager told me they hated meetings (exact words) and tried to speak as little to his employees as possible. They also said that their employees ‘got used to it.’
The second interviewer - while my manager looked like they had a lot of experience in management at other companies from their LinkedIn, they didn’t seem very knowledgeable overall. Strangely, they asked me a number of programming design related questions, while this was a Sr. Manager role.
I’ve been watching Crowdstrike over the years and I was excited at the prospect of working there. However, with current management, I don’t think I’ll be going there anytime soon.
