I went through a few phone screens, an in-person interview, and had to take personality and cognitive reasoning tests. I didn't get the job, which is fine, but they didn't even bother to follow up with me to say I didn't get it. If you are going to make people jump through hoops, at least have the decency to not ghost applicants. I would expect that from a large company, but not a smaller one such as this.
