They will interview you and tell you that you will make $45,000 per year and maybe more if you do well with account management. After you start they will give you an offer letter for $32,000 and tell you that they meant that if you worked hard you might make more.

The interview was fairly simple if you have an education and worked in the financial services field. All very general, it was more of a visual examination and judging of whether you looked the part.

Nothing specific. Promised made that are not kept, receptionist and other co workers interviewed. CEO thinks he is the creme de la creme but he is hopeless. thinks he is well connected but in reality is very disliked. He is really a snake oil salesman
