Did not have phone interview. Did one on one interview. If you are from any university other than A&M do no bother applying. I had referred a friend with with petroleum engineering and mechanical engineering degree and experience form Halliburton and declined that ! And hired an Anthropology major as an engineer !!!!!!! They also hired a car salesman as a technician !!!!

I applied to this position in January and I received a phone interview shortly after applying. The phone interview was with an HR rep. The next interview was with the Operations Manager and Project Manager, and it was fairly casual. Asked about corrosion, cathodic protection and asked tool names.
