Multiple phone screens then a 4 hour on site interview meeting with 5-6 people. In-person interviews included behavioral questions and an Excel test. One person ate lunch in front me during their interview. Other interviews people read questions off of a piece of paper. Overall process severely drawn out.
My biggest complaint is after spending nearly 7 hours interviewing over the phone and in-person, Fleetcor sent a generic email letting me know I was not chosen. I cannot recommend this company when they are unwilling take 60 seconds to make a phone call letting the candidate know - simply unprofessional all around.

Talked to recruiter for a traditional screen and then two more video interviews / rounds. Interview with Hiring Manger had an additional manager present and then final with HM boss.

What skills do you currently possess that would assist in the completion of the current challenges/goals of the position ?
The interview was very comfortable and informal, mostly a test for behavioral fit. It ended up being a great team and great experience. Interview didn't last more than 30 minutes.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by 4 or 5 different people individually when I went in. All of the interviewers were pleasant, except one guy was checking his phone most of the time during our interview which was rude and a big turn off. Be prepared for small case studies and brain teasers from some of the interviewers.
HR was great about setting me up and helping me through the process. They got back to me quickly after the interview with my offer.
