Received a call from HR for a phone screen within a week of applying. Phone screen with HR lasted about 30 minutes. HR manager was very friendly, professional, and informative. Face to face interview was on site during the next week, about 45 minutes with hiring manager. The hiring manager talked so much, that I think I spoke about 10 words during the entire interview. Cook seems like a great place to work, and the HR department is wonderful. Unfortunately I think the department manager and I would not have worked well together.

It’s three steps: HR Interview, Manager Interview, On-Site Final Round. The final round may or may not include a case study. The Final Round includes a meal with the team (and potentially with other candidates) the night before.
