It was a wonderful experience. First, it was a written test based on related GD after that my technical interview was conducted then I got a call from HR. HR Eludicates Everything so perfectly and then asked to go further screening like few more test was conducted on personality traits and Aptitude Test and at the last ofshore manager conducted interview

Very smooth process. All online and detailed interviews around 60 min duration. First Test, tech interviee, HR interview and offshore interview. They put you in resourse pool if not selected by specific department
