Entrevista
The process was nice and quick. There was a brief phone interview and afterwards was invited to a large group training to go through safety and regulations. Further training was provided depending on the area you were going to be in.

Entrevista
Individual phone interview asking questions on previous experience and customer service scenarios. Asking why you wanted to work for the company. Casual type of interview and took around 15 mins. Followed up by a group video call session to get registered.

Interesting questions- engaging and challenging but also rewarding to answer. I enjoyed the process and it made me think about my achievements and accolades. It was a little on the easy side, if anything

Normal, asking about pressure handling. Organisation, lots of people there to interview. Got feeling turnover was high. Interview at Bramall Lane was cool. Wasn't 100% clear what I was going to be doing, bit vague, but thats hospitality.
