4 steps in the interview process; phone call, in person interview, lunch/dinner, phone call with the director. They are very sales oriented and want to see if they click with you while doing the interview.
It was an easy interview process. Everyone that works at Collabera is very nice and helpful. The office is also beautiful. The process took 4 rounds, screening, interview, in person, final zoom.

Typical behavioral questions, why you want to be a recruiter.
3 rounds: recruiter, account manager, final round in person with the whole team over lunch, tour of the office etc. Overall decent experience, but final round takes about 3 hours of your day
