Honestly, this was the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had the displeasure of interviewing for. I didn’t make it too far in the hiring process and I’ll get to the reason why towards the end of this review. Originally we were scheduled for 3 virtual interviews via Teams from 2:30-4. 2 of the hiring managers had an important meeting from 3-4. “No big deal.” I said, “we can reschedule.” I have my initial interview at 2:30 in the parking lot of my current job (call center) because that was the most flexible that i could be with them, and it’s a private, quiet setting. I’ve been sitting in my car after getting lunch since 2:18. The hiring manager’s late, joins the teams meeting at 2:33. She apologizes. No big deal, i say. We conduct the interview, done by 2:43. I get an email at 2:59 saying that the rest of my interviews have been cancelled. I get a call from my staffing agent and she tells me that the hiring manager said that i was driving (a parked car) in my interview and they didn’t like that. My staffer and i both reached out to them with no response. Apply at your own risk, they may lie on you.

Two interviews were held with managers. The role is explained. Basic interview questions to review past experience, interest in the job, and a section to ask questions. Overall process was very smooth.
