Entrevista
I had a couple of hour long phone interviews covering questions about consulting, project management, and programming. Then came into the office the next week and had 5 consecutive interviews of 45 minutes each covering the listed topics and scenarios.

Pregunta 1
Not able to talk specifics, but would say that they were left up to the interviewer and were quite creative.
One had to do with writing, compiling, and executing a Java program in the terminal only (which I told them I've forgotten over the years). The point of the question was to see how I handled an unknown scenario.

El proceso de selección consta de tres fases.
La primera es una entrevista de carácter introductorio.
La segunda es una entrevista técnica, en la que te hacen preguntas técnicas.
La tercera consiste en una presentación en PowerPoint, en la que expones un caso de uso.

Quite straight forward. There were two seniors in the call who asked a lot of detailed questions about the architecture and the underlying framework. Additionally there was a simulation of an adhoc remote problem solving session.
