Found this job on the school board, and applied online. A week later, I got an email from HR asking to set up an interview with a partner. The interviewer was very polite.

Basically it was a market sizing case, with an entry strategy for a biomolecular product.
First round - phone interview
Second round - virtual with two relatively "new-to-the company" individuals
All casing was typical market sizing for a drug/indication.
Final round- virtual interviews with engagement managers. Not as friendly and no behavioral questions asked.

One week after the application deadline, I received a first round interview invitation. The R1 was a 45 min phone interview, composed with 3-5 fit interview questions and a case. One week after the R1, it was the final round interview, with 4 interviewers ranging from consultant to principals. All four were composed with case and fit questions, but the first two were more case heavy and the last two were more flexible. The result came two weeks after R2.

I applied online for the life sciences consultant position in Boston, MA. I got the first round phone interview invitation about 2 weeks after the deadline. The interviewer was very friendly and nice.
